What type of hair extensions does Paris Texas offer?
We offer hand sewn wefts, ring system, fusion pre-bonded individual extensions as well as human and synthetic hair. We consider all options to accommodate you with the technique that best suits your hair type, desired style and budget.

Will hair extensions damage my hair?
Your own hair is not damaged at all, as long as the hair extensions aren’t left in past their used by date (about three months). In fact, hair extensions often provide new options for you such as a dramatic colour change which often damages natural hair. In a situation like this, we would encourage you to get hair extensions rather than damage your own hair with powerful chemicals.

Can I get hair extensions for my fringe?
Yes, with careful placement of the extensions we can extend your fringe.

If I get hair extensions, can I shampoo and brush my hair as normal?
Yes. Hair extensions can be shampooed, brushed, blow-dried, hot-rollered, braided or dreadlocked. Extreme heat from styling irons can damage synthetic fiber extensions although human hair extensions would be fine, however). It comes back to getting the right hair extensions for what you want to achieve.

Is it easy to remove hair extensions when they are due to come out?
As long as the hair extensions are not left in too long, removal is quick, easy and non-damaging and does not require the use of harsh chemicals or heat. How long does it take to get dreadlocks?
With the fantastic range of hair extensions available these days you can have braids to your waist or electric coloured dreadlocks with one visit to the salon. Application time for dreadlocks depends on the existing length of your hair and your desired amount of dreadlocks. Can coloured hair be straightened?
Hair straightening services should not be performed on hair that has been treated with high lift colours. However, if the hair is foiled or highlighted it may be possible to do a partial service avoiding those areas. This can make styling your hair straight much easier than not doing it at all.
